vip Terms and Conditions
Please read this document in full before joining the vip platform. It clearly sets out everything related to membership, bonuses, payments and conduct.
01 Introduction and Eligibility
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the vip platform and all its services. By accessing the vip website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have read and accepted these Terms in full.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use any vip services. vip reserves the right to change or revise these Terms at any time. Members will be notified in a timely manner of any significant changes. For more details about our platform, please read the About Us page.

These Terms cover the following:

02 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Eligibility
To open an account with vip, the following conditions must be met:
- The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
- The applicant must provide a valid mobile number and a working email address.
- Each individual may create only one account.
- Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
vip reserves the right to verify a member's identity, age and payment method at any time. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed. The member will be given an opportunity to complete verification before any account suspension.
2.3 Password and Security
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the vip support team immediately. The member is responsible for all activity carried out through their account access.
03 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount
vip currently accepts deposits through three mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Successful deposits are credited to the account instantly.
3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Minimum Amount
The same methods — bKash, Nagad and Rocket — are available for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests are typically processed within 1 hour.
3.3 Source of Funds
vip ensures that all deposits come from legitimate sources. If the source of a member's deposit appears suspicious, vip reserves the right to hold the transaction and carry out any necessary investigation. If any attempt at money laundering or use of illegal funds is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant authorities will be informed.
3.4 Currency
All transactions on vip are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not available.
04 Bonus and Promotion Rules
4.1 Welcome Bonus
vip members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; before withdrawing, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be placed.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus is never treated as cash — wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
- There is usually a time limit for claiming a bonus, which is stated in the details of each offer.
- While one bonus is active, another cannot be claimed unless specifically stated otherwise.
- If any bonus terms are breached, vip reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Requesting a withdrawal before bonus wagering is complete may result in the bonus being cancelled.
4.3 Other Promotions
vip runs various promotions from time to time, such as weekly reload gifts, slot festival bonuses, cricket bonuses, birthday rewards and referral bonuses. Each promotion has its own specific terms, wagering requirements and validity period. These terms are published in full on the relevant promotion page.
4.4 Bonus Abuse
Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, creating referrals under a friend's name on your own behalf, or any attempt to exploit the bonus system will be considered bonus abuse. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.
05 Gaming and Betting Rules
5.1 Gaming Activities
vip offers games across several categories including slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games. Each game has its own rules set by the game provider. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, vip will provide a reasonable resolution.
5.2 Betting Limits
Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. vip reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
5.3 Bet Cancellation
Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, vip may cancel a bet in the following circumstances:
- Incorrect odds or results displayed due to a technical error
- An event is cancelled or postponed (in the case of sports betting)
- Clear evidence of manipulation or system error
5.4 Special Conditions for Cricket Betting
For betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international cricket events, the decision of the event authority is final. If a match is abandoned or tied, bets will be settled according to vip's established rules.
06 VIP Program Terms
6.1 VIP Tiers
The vip VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum and 1.2% at Diamond.
6.2 Weekly Cashback
Weekly cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: if a Gold tier member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.
6.3 Tier Changes
VIP tier is subject to change based on gaming activity. Regularly active members have the opportunity to move up to a higher tier. vip reserves the right to change or revise the VIP program structure at any time.
07 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering with false or fabricated information.
- Any attempt to hack the system or exploit errors.
- Strategically abusing the bonus system or promotions.
- Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a third party.
- Buying, selling or transferring accounts.
- Placing bets using automated software or bots.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
If any prohibited activity is detected, vip reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit the balance and take legal action where necessary.
08 Personal Data and Privacy
vip treats the protection of members' personal data as a top priority. Information collected during account registration and the verification process is used only for operating the service, verifying identity and preventing fraud. Data is not shared with third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

09 Account Closure and Restrictions
9.1 Closure at Member's Request
Any member may request to close their account. In this case, any ongoing bonus wagering must first be completed and any outstanding balance must be withdrawn. Re-registration after account closure is possible.
9.2 Self-Exclusion for Responsible Gaming
vip believes in responsible gaming. If a member feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, they may apply for a temporary or long-term self-exclusion. For more information, visit the Responsible Gaming Guidelines page.
9.3 Closure at vip's Initiative
vip reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time due to a breach of these Terms, fraud or any other serious reason. In such cases, the balance may be held until the relevant investigation is concluded.
10 Limitation of Liability
vip is not liable for losses caused by technical disruptions, loss of internet connection or failure of third-party services. Members play games and place bets at their own discretion — vip does not guarantee any winnings.
If a technical error causes confusion over the outcome of a game, vip's decision will be considered final. vip always resolves such situations while maintaining fairness and transparency.
10.1 Acknowledgement of Betting Risk
Gaming and betting carry financial risk. Members should play within their means and should not bet beyond what they can afford to lose. vip does not provide loans against any principal amount.
11 Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution
11.1 Changes to Terms
vip reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes through their registered contact details. Continued use of the platform after a change is made will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.
